MICHAEL RAUCH

Chief Executive Officer (ad interim) Michael Rauch brings extensive international leadership experience and a strong track record in guiding companies through transformation and growth. With a background spanning CEO and CFO roles across multiple sectors, Michael combines strategic vision with operational discipline and a strong focus on performance. His pragmatic leadership style, deep financial acumen, and commitment to people and culture make him exceptionally well positioned to steer Selecta during this important phase of simplification, commercial focus, and sustainable growth.

Jean-Noël Groleau

Jean-Noël joined Selecta as Chief Financial Officer in September 2025, bringing with him extensive international experience across retail and services. Known for his leadership in corporate finance, transformation, and growth, Jean-Noël plays a pivotal role in driving Selecta’s financial strategy and performance across all markets.commercial focus, and sustainable growth.

Jens van Beusekom

Jens van Beusekom, Chief Procurement Officer joined Selecta in January 2021, bringing extensive experience within national and international purchasing and category management in food retailing, including supermarket chains Kaufland and Plus. He has negotiated A-brand suppliers, tendered international procurement ranges and he also managed purchasing departments and implemented strategies across several countries.

Nicole Charriere Roos

Nicole served as Selecta’s Group CFO before transitioning into the role of Chief Transition Officer in September 2025. With a deep understanding of Selecta’s financial landscape and transformation agenda, she continues to support the company’s evolution while remaining an integral member of the Executive Committee.

ALANNA ANDREW

Group General Counsel Alanna brings nearly two decades of global legal experience spanning private practice and senior in-house roles. Her deep legal expertise, combined with her strategic mindset and people-first approach, makes her uniquely equipped to lead Selecta’s legal function during this pivotal phase of transformation and growth. Alanna’s background advising on complex, high-value matters across industries positions her to drive legal excellence, strengthen governance, and empower smart, risk-aware decisions across the business.

ROLAND LUDWIG

Roland Ludwig, Chief Technology Officer, joined Selecta in November 2020. He has led digital transformation programs at Accenture and Capgemini. In his former roles, Roland was the CIO of Triumph and responsible for the global IT unit and technology operations, servicing Retail, Wholesale and eCommerce channels and has great experience in IT transformation and digitalisation.
